Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, plays an important role in managing the security of the EU external borders. The Agency’s activities take place in different geographical regions; this means that secure and reliable storage, dispatch of law enforcement equipment between operational areas are required, as well as support for management and coordination of such services using various logistics tools.
Frontex’ operations are performed mainly at the external borders of the Member States and in the neighbouring countries. The main geographical areas of interest include, but are not limited to, the European Union Member States, the Balkans, Turkey, and Georgia.

The Industry Days will be held in an online format. Each invited operator will have a 40-minute slot at their disposal; during this time a presentation, Q&A session, and collaborative discussions will be held with the participants. All relevant submissions to the Industry Days will be invited to register on an interactive digital exhibition platform.
Attendance at this meeting is by invitation only, more information will be communicated separately to the selected applicants. After the deadline for expression of interest, Frontex will select the most relevant technological solutions. The selection is based on the following criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, innovation and relevance for the European Border and Coast Guard community.
All submissions will be evaluated internally, ensuring alignment with the needs of the European Border and Coast Guard community while guaranteeing fair and transparent treatment of all participants.
Warehouses and transportation services must respect the legal limitations resulting from the European Union data protection rules and human rights provisions.
