    Provision of legal and consultancy services in developing the tender documentation for financing the design & construction of Frontex Permanent Premises (new headquarters building in Warsaw). Specifically, the prospective contract (possibly framework contract) is aimed at specialized services of a legal firm with a broad experience in loan structuring from institutional investors for a real estate investment.
    The prospective contractor must possess proven experience in drafting procurement documentation (possibly for public procurement) and loan agreements with banks or other financing institutions, aimed at obtaining financing of construction contracts and/or infrastructure projects.
    The contract shall cover also the support and advisory services during the debt financing acquisition process including negotiations, as well as during the related preparatory phase.
    The estimated contract duration is 2 years with a possibility of maximum two extensions, each one for a period of one (1) year.
